should be 170-190xp per cast then; i've done it 6 times @ 1 def and got 160-170 xp per cast in 1 def god robes

Just do a trip see how many casts you do than calc xp and thats your best bet

Bursting rock lobs is well over 300 xp per cast when you lure them.

 

Fucking annoying with all the running about and getting ranging dagannoths on you though
