Iz Jade Iz Posted December 7, 2009 Posted December 7, 2009 Im a tuner fanatic, i own 2 cars at the moment, and im looking for a third =D I have a 95 eclipse Gsx, and a 91 3000gt vr4 (looking to buy a Evo 8) So i was thinking who likes muscle cars, and who likes tuners? Eclipse gsx 3000gt vr4 Evo 8 Tell me what you like, and maybe grab a picture or two!
HybridAng3l Posted December 7, 2009 Posted December 7, 2009 Those urs? =O or just examples? I personally love skyline's :l their freakin sexy all tuners are good wimme tho
d72 Posted December 7, 2009 Posted December 7, 2009 I'm a major musclehead, but I'm into tuners too. Like, I have a '97 MX6 in my garage at the moment, but I'd kill for a '67 Mustang or a Challenger
Iz Jade Iz Posted December 7, 2009 Author Posted December 7, 2009 those ones i posted arent mine, ill post pics of mine later, the 3000gt vr4 i have is a project, but my gsx is my daily driver (340 awhp aint bad =])
Steroids Posted December 7, 2009 Posted December 7, 2009 We dont really have muscle car's over here in England. Only when the yanks bring em over. :)
Iz Jade Iz Posted December 7, 2009 Author Posted December 7, 2009 We dont really have muscle car's over here in England. Only when the yanks bring em over. :) I bet you guys have alot of Audi's and Beamerz (BMW) over there tho, german engineering is very impressive, and second to no one!
SkidooosH Posted December 7, 2009 Posted December 7, 2009 I've got a 98' Jetta mk3 vr6 i want to tune, first i have to figure out what's wrong with the starter and get a painted fender to replace the current one personally tuners>muscle
Iz Jade Iz Posted December 7, 2009 Author Posted December 7, 2009 Heres a few pics of my baby (cell phone pic's but still does it justice) and a friends car...... 450 awhp is sexy

watch me tb Posted December 8, 2009 Posted December 8, 2009 im more into diesel trucks. but as for cars, muscle. ricers blow..
Iz Jade Iz Posted December 8, 2009 Author Posted December 8, 2009 im more into diesel trucks. but as for cars, muscle. ricers blow.. lol common misconseption..... tuners are not ricers, a "ricer" would have things done to the car not to impact the performance. So any car can be a ricer (ive seen plenty of mustangs riced out)
Snow Posted December 8, 2009 Posted December 8, 2009 I'm in to both. I got a 2002 BMW 525i for my birthday, i chose this over an '97 eclipse because eclipse's tranny's go out often. Sucks for me that my BMW's tranny went out not even a year after i got it. I was able to install 2 12 inch and 10 inch subs in the back, along with 2 more 10's in my doors. Money wasted. I plan on getting a '10 Camaro/Charger once i get enough money.
I C0NN0R I Posted December 8, 2009 Posted December 8, 2009 ur sig = mindfux, took me a minute to figure out it was a traced image lol.

Actually the 2g eclipse (95-99) tranny's arent that bad, then again i have a stage 2 TRE built trans for mine, will hold up to about 450-500hp, it only cost me $1,300, but the 7 bolt 4g63t blocks are the problem with the crankwalk issue on turbo'd eclipse's. Bmw's are nice tho, not as easy to mod because its not price friendly, but it is effiecient when modded

They are fun cars, you should look into them =D

Im not trying to argue, but more of show you my side ps: i hate honda's, ill only drive a suburu, mitshubishi, or a nissan =D

Oh well. :p

Also you do know tuners are meant to make alot of torque right..... turbo's are for torque, i have 360 ft ibs of torque out of a 4 cylinder and thats with less then 5 grand on the car + mods, and with mitshubishi 3000gt vr4's they have 320 hp 315 tq at 3500 rpm, trying getting that out of a pusstang. Theres not multiple definitions for a word that one man invented, just like beyone copywrited "bootylicious", rice can be done the same way, leaving only one definition.
