The "emote" is a teleport animation, I think from the harp from Fremmy trials.

I'm thinking it's a fake. the emote seen is the emote you do when you play the magic lyre(or use a free lyre teleport with the fremmenik seaboots) to teleport to rellekka(obtained from the fremmenik trials quest)
