What is a good item to alch, talking big amounts so no adamant platebodies etc?

i doubt you would get banned, i got a pure training atm literally 24/7 auto clicked from friday to now (60 - 90) and nothing has happened to me...yet.

Autoclicking is always risky, i've never had any trouble doing it myself but some get banned quick.

I autoclick now for over 3 weeks, what u gotta do to not get banned is those following steps:
 
Go to ge w2
have nothing on you that is very valuable
dont use a normal auto clicker but a ghostmouse
 
Ghostmouse is that you record your own clicks for 10-15 minutes and then play it off, take like 1 min break inbetween and change positions every 20 clicks or so.
 
If you have nothing valuable on you you wont be on top of the pile of people that stand in the same spot as you. that means people cant see you. helps against reports.
 
as ghostmouse i use Axife, i use the free version that means that you only can repeat your own recordings for 3 times, i record my clicks for 10-15 minutes so it can ghost click about 30-45 minutes.
 
dont ghostclick for over 6 hours a day.

Don't use a ghost mouse, use an autoclicker and make the time specific to a nanosecond.

 

Never got caught that way and done about 6 accounts to 99 over the years.

I did 82-94 magic legit alching it was crazy but worth not getting banned.

 

My favourite items to alch were Green d'hide bodies, Green d'hide vambs, Mithril kite shield, Adamant full helm, Dragon Med Helm, Onyx bolts (e) and Magic longbows. It is good to put an offer in before you go to sleep so it buys over night.
