How Do I Get Around The Music Copyrights?

Many of the times when I upload a video to youtube, I get the message "Your video can't be viewed in bla bla countries due to copyright" etc

 

I usually send an dispute in with this text:

 

"Copyright Disclaimer Under Section 107 of the Copyright Act 1976, allowance is made for -fair use- for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research. 

Fair use is a use permitted by copyright statute that might otherwise be infringing. Non-profit, educational or personal use tips the balance in favor of fair use."

 

However, this doesn't seem to work for any longer than a couple of days before the audio isn't avaible again...

You can change the speed of the song by a very slight percentage and it usually fools it

If you go to Your Videos > Video manager ? (It means "The following video is blocked in some countries)

Change the speed on the song to like 98% speed, you won't hear it and it's not the same song anymore :D
