i broke my wrist in 2011, took the display "Broken Wrist" and pked for 3 hours a day until my cast was off

Thats what happens when you excessively fap. It weakens your wrists to the point to where you can be in the middle of a wank, and POP your wrist is gone...leaving you blue balled.
