When I did it (a couple years ago), I would get about 60k strength xp an hour with 60 attack. It was roughly 1 gp/xp and I used both 15% prays.

I think zammy brew method kills you if you're not careful.

You wear a regen and use zammy brews to restore pray. They can only do 10% of your hp so it can only fall so far. Also boosts atk and str. There's a video on youtube proving it's cheaper.

or if u want to save money use zamorak brews, and regen brassy. cos zamorak brews add around 10 pray but take away 10% of hp but with regen u can never die. much cheaper, zammy brew heals like 30 total 1 pot4, for 1.4k and for 12k you get like 50heal with p pots. meh might save u a bit

Zamorak brews can't kill you boosts your stats and are much cheaper than prayer pots, you use about you will probably gain 60K to 70K experience per hour, and use 44 brews an hour (176.000 GP). You should know by yourself how much exp you need and for how long you train in a row, the only thing i know is that a 99 stat is going to cost 28M from level 80.

I would recommend buying the Angel Of Death gravestone so you can reobtain your valuable items if you die, bring a trout if you feel unsafe about the brew method, i would not advise to browse forums or watch YT movies while doing this.

Remember to bring a lot of noted zammy brews if you're going to stay there for a while.

Ape atolls good, but only good with a whip and super att pots

Forget bandits bro.. Go to dagganoths in the chaos tunnels. They drop seeds / Charms and are the same xp/hr. (50-55k)

I've gotten 90-99 attack mostly at dagganoths. Made a lot off seeds and have a ton of charms.

When I did it I was getting around 7.5K xp per pray pot. I was using 3 sup attack & strength per trip which was enought to cover my P pots so I was potted all the time.
