Dropped 11kg this summer!

6'2 and weighed in at 101kg early December, 2015. Now weigh 90kg and we're only half way through February!

Literally put on 15kg last year, it was one of the toughest years of my life!

 

I don't have a recent full length picture but you can see I look 10x leaner. Feeling healthy boys, it's great

Most of the weight loss was likely related to you shaving that monopoly man moustache :D

 

For me it's the other way around, my depression is making me lose weight at alarming rate, I just don't have appetite to eat, anything.

 

I'm like ~170cm and only 54kg

Working 10 - 13 hours everyday, couldn't be fucked to care about anything but work so yeah. When I saw that first picture I just was so disgusted, I didn't realize that I had put on any weight :s
