I need your professional help with this

 

I've decided to build a computer that is good for RS, editing and livestreaming. So yeah only for rs because that's the only game i play.

 

So if you know a lot about computers feel free to post links of a full setup so i can make my order :p

Here's my 0.02$, I take it you're not a really good/famous editor/streamer, so having the latest/best PC would be an overkill for you. What I advice you to do is, to hop on google and find some PC forums/platforms (e.a. reddit) where experts share their opinion about certain builds/pc's so you'll be sure you get a top notch PC. Second, You can easily find a good PC worth $800-$1000 (you'll still get one hell of a monster for this price, you'll be able to do everything you want to do flawlessy) and save the rest for some upgrades later on OR  RSGP
