99 Mage and Hp

Im 1def maxed but 95 mage and hp, what are the best and fastest ways to get 99 in both?

Recently I had someone barrage for me it gets filthy amounts of Hp exp. I was 99 hp before I even got magic, I didn't have to do any pc

if u got 2-3 months to spare you can 96-99 hp at pest control, bring barrages for big clumps. i heard fire wave, or strike at nmz is good.

Casting a combat related spell in overall positive mage attack bonus so you don't splash and actually gain some hp xp

I would go fire fire wave/strike in nmz, if you have like 5-9m I would go for bursts since you can buy alot more bursts then barrages with that money.
