Need help with hotkeys

Since a couple of weeks my hotkeys have stopped working, since i started using mousekeys on osbuddy. Now, when i put the mousekeys off, the hotskeys still dont work.

 

I have tried the Fn lock, downloading other hotkey programs but nothing works. 

 

Anyone have an idea what could be wrong?

With osbuddy, I had to disable to hotkeys, it was messing with the rs ones, maybe try that if not the reason, no idea sorry :)

To disable, or enable, the function key (fn) in the BIOS, do the following steps.

1. Press the power button to turn on the computer.
   
2. Press the f10 key to open the BIOS setup window.
   
3. Press the right-arrow or left-arrow keys to navigate to the System Configuration option.

I can only reach with my fingers the keys for backpack and combat for special attack, mage and pray is on the other end of the keyboard :(

My F keys are on my mouse, Invent up, Prayers down on the scroll wheel. All i need tbh
