Best safe spots for f2p?

I am wondering since I want to train up both mage and range what are the best safe spots on F2P to do so? Currently as of now I have 65 range/mage so I am wondering what are the best spots that I can safely train at on f2p. Thanks a lot as I would like to get 70 soon.

Superheat or alch ur mage. Umm.. try moss giants or ankous and stuff like dat idk :O or just get p2p ;)

I might be getting p2p soon(hopefully) and then overall all my skills will raise and yeah I have been and going to alc all my levels for mage whenever I am f2p. For range I know there is a safe spot for the ankous somewhere but again I am only 65 range so Ill wait until I am around 80.

see I tried those but the issue was they take a significant amount of time with 66 range, so really I have to use other stuff until p2p where I can easily train it.

They really arent that bad you can do till 70 there pretty fast, but you can also try moss giants
