Incase you were interested, these are my progress pictures from the last 15 months. (Took a break of ~6 Months due to lack of motivation/Injury)


 


Still 5"3


Started 60kg, bulked to 70kg - cutting back down to ~64kg atm.


 


Currently benching 115kg (253lbs) x 1


Currently squatting 160kg (352lbs) x 1

you bench and squat alot, not sure how much I do but I think bench 90kg, and back squat 120kg ( just started 4 months)  keep it up mate

Yeah strongest is my squat imo. Thats still good for 4 months keep eating.

Yeah I agree, Although my legs have progressed strength wise alot.
