(Took a break of ~6 Months due to lack of motivation/Injury) Still 5"3 Started 60kg, bulked to 70kg - cutting back down to ~64kg atm. Currently benching 115kg (253lbs) x 1 Currently squatting 160kg (352lbs) x 1 Before / After.
