I'd say 10-20m if your tight. If not spend like 40-50m so you don't have to worry about it for a while

When buying my return tab I tried to limit myself to 10-15M but ended up spending 20-25M (I replenish whatever I use once a month).

However I should point out it is definitely possible to build a decent return tab with 5-10M (as long as you restock every week/fortnight).
