Zulrah is kinda based on QBD, blowpipe is a new idea for the most part yes and venom is more overpowered than anything from pre-eoc.

Once again, I disagree. 1) The gem is used to make more than a single amulet, 2) Although I see your graphical point about QBD and Zulrah looking somewhat similar, I'm failing to grasp how you are equating the mechanics, 3) Blowpipe, helm, trident attachment all come from Zulrah and how is it overpowered if you can have a pot that negates the effect of venom for 12 minutes (using four doses) Edited June 2, 2016 by Mighty_Irwin

Cheesy Posted June 3, 2016 Posted June 3, 2016 (edited) The problem with chaotics is that they are best in slot across the board, and will make things like Armadyl Crossbow almost completely defunct (used only for 70?-80 ranged). I never PvM but I can imagine people will lose a favoured method of income due to this. The way round it would be like the tentacle whip - where the previous tier is upgraded. I can't see this happening with chaotics. The only chaotics I wouldn't oppose would be the maul (highest hit but no special attack as a trade-off) and possibly the shields (I've never had an account over 45 defence so I can't remember how they work). If new items are introduced they should offer some benefits but also some downsides, not to be outright best in slot every single time. Edited June 3, 2016 by Cheesy

They do have downsides, a long grind to get from raids, a payment of 2mGP every 10 hours of combat, no special attacks, lost upon death in the wilderness if not protected.

A higher tier weapon would be interesting...maybe if there was more of a risk to pking with them. Also don't implement the staff or crossbow. Maybe make a chaotic attachment for each...same for whip.
