I brid so 14 def was just a matter of time and I realised there's nothing impressive about getting a high total level/pets with low def anyway, I'm going 45 (unlocks a few diaries and makes pvm a lot less aids) and making a new pure

The desert does on average more damage than you would be able to outheal with just a regen brace, so once I'm about 40-50 hp I turn on rapid heal and heal up a bit, ideally you'd want to use regen brace + hp cape/desert ammy 4 but I'm not 99 hp
