ibockscarbon Posted July 2, 2016 Posted July 2, 2016 Just recently started getting pain around the clavicle area when performing pull ups, was just wondering if anyone else does, and if you did, what have you done about it?

The Slam Van Posted July 3, 2016 Posted July 3, 2016 Shouldn't be using your clavicle during pullups. Get better form and you won't be hurting
ibockscarbon Posted July 6, 2016 Author Posted July 6, 2016 Shouldn't be using your clavicle during pullups. Get better form and you won't be hurting I was doing dips beforehand so I think I may have done some there, and felt it when I started doing pull ups nah not doing pull ups,but doing shoulder press i got a lot so i used deep heat spray Oh actually that reminds me, I initially got it from doing shoulder press, does the deep heat spray alleviate the pain?

Sp3cialNight Posted July 7, 2016 Posted July 7, 2016 (edited) Yeah man, you shouldn't hurt your clavicle by doing pull-ups. Like previous people said it's probably your form that gets you your pain. Edited July 7, 2016 by Sp3cialNight
