With the clan going 30 def, I feel this might be useful to some people

If you don't care about diaries but still want to quest your defence, these are the quests you should do

Nature Spirit (2000 xp) (mandatory)

A Soul's Bane (500 xp) (optional)

In Search of the Myreque (600 xp) (optional)

In Aid of the Myreque (2000 xp) (optional)

What Lies Below (2000 xp) (optional)

Fremennik Trials (2812 def xp) (optional)

Observatory quest (1/12 chance of receiving 875 def xp, yes runescape is weird)

= 9912(10787) def xp and 27 defence

For those who care, I'm gonna go a little more in depth.

Adamant Gloves (MANDATORY)

Nature Spirit (2000 xp) - If you only care about clanning, this is the only must do quest,

- unlocks Ardougne medium, Lumbridge medium and Kandarin medium

Once that's done, you have a few options, either train 13-30 or you can do the following:

Varrock medium diary

A Soul's Bane (500 xp)

- Ability to redirect your varrock teleport to the GE

- Varrock armor 2

You should done this one, very easy and GE tabs are great

Varrock hard diary

In Search of the Myreque (600 xp) - unlocks Morytania medium

In Aid of the Myreque (2000 xp)

What Lies Below (2000 xp)

Observatory quest - This one is a bit of a weird one, you have a 1/12 chance of receiving 875 def xp upon completing the quest, make sure to include that in your calculations.

- Varrock armor 3

Fremennik easy diary

Fremennik Trials (2812 def xp)

- Fremennik sea boots 1

All these should get you 9912/10787 (Observatory quest) def xp and 27 defence, you can train the remaining def xp.

Diaries possible with fully quested 30(27) def

- Fremennik easy (medium might be possible, need someone to confirm)

- Ardougne medium

- Morytania medium

- Kandarin medium

- Desert medium

- Lumbridge medium

- Karamja medium

- Falador medium

- Western provinces medium if you haven't finished MM (not 100% sure on this)

- Varrock hard

- Wilderness elite

very cool of you to do

i'd suggest doing all of the above if you haven't already manually trained up - they all offer such good benefits to clanning

Varrock 2 for GE tabs is really nice, wildy hard for portal redirections, ardy and lumb not really

Lol 30 def, nice to know we've already stooped to this level

Lol all these fools are doing making a cb gap between players the mains are going to pick off the dumb asses that got 30 def easy as hell while the few pures they have left will get rubbed right out

yeah widening the gap by one entire combat level

You need to finish Monkey Madness for the Western Provinces hard as it requires the RFD sub-quest to teleport to Ape Atoll.

Observatory quest is a requirement for Varrock hard and can sometimes give a defence reward of 875

Western med should be possible assuming you haven't finished MM, I'll add the Observatory quest thing, good point
