i just started eping in BH and killing targs and i was wondering if your target bar will rise if you are in safe zones such as the bank in edge?

If you get a full target bar, you'll get the person with the most target likelihood, and closest too your combat level as your target. whether they're in safe or not.

No. Sometimes if you're close like 6/8 or 7/8, they will set you with a target even though you're in safezone. As for starting 0/8, then no. It won't rise.

Yeah your bar wont go up unless your in the actual bh area.  Unless you are 7/8 or 8/8 targ bar and about to get a targ.

Hmmm i didn't know the new def nerd pures have 56 def and 55 str cuz those are the stats of the last def nerd that atacked me while i was eping.... fire blasts made short work of him tho
