Lvl 3, havent played in over 3 years, help please!

Im COMPLETELY lost as to what to do starting from level 3! 

 

My first thought was to start skilling to get the requirements for quests, anyone have a good guide to look at?

 

What are the skill requirements for runegloves? (And keeping 25 defence for initiate pure)

You cannot get rune gloves anymore sadly. You cannot go back to Ape Atoll without taking the experience so the maximum you can get is adamant (with nature spirit aka lumbridge guide off of RFD)

Not exactly, just go through the usual pure quests most of the reqs are pretty low
