if you're having difficulty deciphering what it means:

the divisions are at the top of the champions

S tier is the best followed by A tier and lastly B tier.

The rest is pretty self explanatory - this is the most recent soloQ tier list and i'll probably make another topic when the new one is out

blitz always felt up there but not truly up there if ya gnome sayin? so much counterplay can be used vs a bc
