d/ fish- green beans- water

 

Wednesday:

b/ 3eggs- sausage- yogurt- water

l/ spagetti- corn and pees- water

d/ salad- water

 

Thursday:

b/ egg whites- sausage- almonds- banana- water

l/ steak- carrots and pees- water

d/ chicken- broccoli- water

 

Friday:

b/ 3eggs- bacon- yogurt- water

l/ hamburger meat meal- corn pees- water

d/ fish- green beans- water
