I used vegas and After Effects.

Vegas for pretty much everything, and after effects just to add...effects to it, ie. the Optical flares you see on obito's eyes, and the little spin transition to KORRA.

the clips were RAW, i just added some CC to it, and masked different clips into others to give it an interesting look

Sony Vegas Pro 13. and the reason why you dont see that kind of editing that much for rs is because no1 really bothers to do masks since ittakes quite a bit of time doing them
