13-20 best method? start of 20 def pure

Hi, im currently trying to figure out what i shall do from 13-20 defence, as i just finished nature spriit, id like to know what is the best option for me from 13-20 defence with the best benefits possible? a link to an in-depth guide for initiate pures are welcome aswell

Frem trails + addy gloves is exactly 20 defence.

If you want varrock med diarys done(ge teleport) then souls bane for sure
