Sharks have already been on the rise haven't they? My reasoning for that was raids preparation, so don't see why similar things wont raise as well. Only worth it if you have the GP to throw in and don't need it currently. Your also going to need a fair bit of GP to make it really worthwhile.

Some stuff will rise at initial release, then shortly stabilize again.
