It's luck, but assuming they still "boost" worlds they'll just have Saradomin win every time in those worlds, but you'll have to figure out which worlds those are.

I'm 82 tix off my 3rd halo. getting 1 is easy and honestly fun bc everything else in the game sucks

You can still boost with 2 accs, just multi log.. score on the team you want to get the halo and then splash on each other/wait till the game ends and repeat.

That is the best way to do it now, trying to win legit you never know when a bunch of friends/team might join the other portal and stomp on you. I recently just got my 1st ever Halo, not sure if you saw my forum post, but it took me 2days 21hours in game time to go 0-300 just joining the saradomin portal in world 334 and afking. 

 

Edit. So this was roughly 4 tickets an hour doing it this way, but yeah if you do it the way Coggy said, you will close to half the time it took me.
