All you have to do is follow the people that carry each game. Its not that hard after playing a few games. Just defend in your base and see who keeps getting your flag or who on your team keeps bringing their flag to your base.

not 100% accurate as their are rival castle wars teams that use the designated world, and sometimes they stack a side and sometimes a better team comes with a few people to try and clutch a nice win for practice etc

 

but on average, go sara, follow the people aforementioned
