Stay 25def or get 30def?

my Rsn is: illusTrator. 106CB maxed, 94mage, 86prayer, 25def.

I've had 25def for a while now, and dreaded the thought of 30def. However, seeing how fucked the HPC scene is, and foe accepting 30def now, im considering 30def. I also have a 1def 80cb pure i can fall back on. Anyways, which is more beneficial nowadays 25 or 30?
