Speaking as an american, I've been to england and not going to lie, it's a lot nicer in terms of countryside.  Like you can drive outside London and instantly see huge fields and hills but in America you have to go out to the midwest or some shit like that to see the same type of thing.  America has a lot more industrial centered cities than England, I believe, but England has a nicer countryside.  imo.

Where were America during the battle of Gallipoli during WWI? Canada were there. Australia and New Zealand were there. Even the French were there. America weren't. As for the A-Bomb ending WW2.. Have to step in on this though... Canada was only involved in WW1 because we weren't even considered an independent country back then lol... It was "either fight alongside the British or die in a hole" basically. 

Also, the atmoic bombs (which were incredibly unnecessary, but that's a whole other debate) were apparently dropped to get the Japanese to surrender. Speculation also shows that they were also dropped to show Russia their power, but once again that's a whole other debate on it's own lol

honestly, I don't even believe it exists in this game. For one, you need the person's IP. You also need a fair amount of coding / hacking skill. Considering 9/10ths of the runescape population is -15, I don't see that happening any time soon, lol. It's an excuse for idiots that get koed.
