Turn my alt into...?

Hey all,

 

So I have a real good 77cb 1 def 60 atk pure and I also have this alt. Her stats are:

 

60 atk

70 str

67 range

87 mage

43 prayer

72 hp

 

Have a lot of quests done on it because I was going to make it into an account like the one I am playing on. Since I already have a good 1 Def pure, would this account be a good candidate for a Range Tank? Or what else could I turn it into?
