And I have been meaning to ask a question about schools in England. Here you graduate highschool when you're 18 unless you have skipped a grade, decide to graduate early. Then you go to college. I always see English people talking about college and university as if they are different. Here they are the same thing. Explain?

Well, it doesn't have an age requirement, you just have to have enough UCAS points[each qualification gives a certain amount] So basically you can't go untill you've done sixth form or college because you need the a-levels, so 18+.
