Personally I like to choose a money-making way so I can actually gain skill with it.  So I would go with Fishing because spots aren't always full, and people don't bot Fishing as much as they would Hunter and Woodcutting.

in f2p you can do soft clay>buy the clay powder buy some jugs or buckets fill them up and get 14 clay out and 14 bucket/jug's of water and use the bucket/jug on them good way of making cash about 150k an hour and a member's tip is doing oak planks it requires cash get oak logs and go to the sawmill just outside varrock and change them to oak planks costs 250 each log to plank it's a verry good method for member's around 200k an hour.
