fire wave imo for the hp exp however I'd use maple long bow (u) if you are to alch.. also don't autoclick rn ppl are being perm banned from it.

Personally I would fire wave in NMZ. It isn't that expensive and great for hitpoints experience and good to have a stash of points.

 

Alching is boring unless you auto click it. I used to alch onyx bolts which were good and also things like adamant full helm, mith sq shield etc.
