it says in the rules, if your stats are good enough, aka 99 atk 99 str 99 hp 99 rng/mage. you can have up to 29 defence. re read rules.

Guess you got your answer. If it isn't clear yet, turmoil gives the same str % boost as piety, plus up to a max of 9 more levels depending on your opponents str. And the attack and defense boosts should also be more than piety, unless your opponent has terrible attack/def.

And to those who think I got the requirements wrong, ACTUALLY go read the requirements before making stupid accusations.

EDIT:

If you have 25-29 defence your stats must make up for it, We do not accept 30 Defence or upbove

Found near the bottom of requirements, go read it yourself if you don't believe me.

Im EX TLP and still have respect for them.

Sorry if you think they got mains but them prayers kick ass and are worth having.

If these prayers are not appealing or not for pures.. Why ask?

Pretty much like this.. If you applied with 28 defence to FOE and had got the defence levels on accident then your application might be considered depending how good of an applicant you are and stats.

If you have Curse prayers and applied to FOE with 28 defence chances are you WILL be declined because you got those defence levels on purpose and your 2 levels away from 30 defence, knowing very well what it would get you too.
