0wn3d Posted January 18, 2010 Posted January 18, 2010 Pking is slowly being ripped a part for some people but really with food prices and jagex just becoming more strict it's tough. With these new prayers and weapons(dragon claws)_ what must you eat at? is the new level to eat @ 75? I don't think there is a such thing as safing anymore.....
ViBeZz Posted January 18, 2010 Posted January 18, 2010 I eat to a HP level I know I can't die to unless for exmple I'm 30 hp and they're 10. It's common sense to save yourself from dieing, not safing. "safing" is the dumbest thing ever said on Runescape.
Slee Posted January 18, 2010 Posted January 18, 2010 You don't really have much to worry about as far as the new prayers go unless you're 100+ combat as there's only a few accounts with them below 100. Pking in PvP will fix your dragon claws problem :p
watch me tb Posted January 18, 2010 Posted January 18, 2010 jagex went too far when they created the game called runescape.
Ya i am Good Posted January 18, 2010 Posted January 18, 2010 lol new prays r like 100+ so dont become a main and ur safe :> and claws n stuff p neck it
Fateq Posted January 18, 2010 Posted January 18, 2010 What's safing? Because when I personally pk my objective is to kill the other guy and live. Not to be called a safer by some 12 year old kid so I die to them.
Eppl Posted January 18, 2010 Posted January 18, 2010 Safing does exist.. In f2p safing is when you eat to like 50+ hp all the time, it would be impossible to ko them In p2p its where they eat to full hp everytime they get hit
Sam Posted January 18, 2010 Posted January 18, 2010 When it comes to mains pking is stupid because people are getting hit 80+s with ags everywhere you look. The thing is that Jagex releases all these new weapons and prayers that make you hit so high but food that still only heals 20 and hp still limited to 99. The game is because more and more stupid in terms of main pking and slowly pure pking as items like claws are made.
Mucky Posted January 18, 2010 Posted January 18, 2010 when i brid on my main, if anyone has they new prayers i tab or run and pray as soon as i see them even if they are rag ranging with dds, there is noway i will fight anyone with them until i have them myself even then i wont let myself go below 50hp. I say its ruined pking now but i bet when i have them myself i will love it but its still unfair to people without them. I find pure pking way funner in pvp or non +1 cause then you dont have to worry about claws :)
Hex` Posted January 18, 2010 Posted January 18, 2010 Safing doesn't excist. That's what annoyed nerds say to players they can't kill
Jay Posted January 18, 2010 Posted January 18, 2010 Safing doesn't excist. That's what annoyed nerds say to players they can't kill I herd "safing" was when you hit and ate at the same time so the person didn't see you ate. True or not?Â
Doyle|Dropz Posted January 19, 2010 Posted January 19, 2010 jagex went to far when they created bh, should have left old pking :(
SkidooosH Posted January 19, 2010 Posted January 19, 2010 d claws are the easiest to fight. p neck renders them useless
Adolesc3nt Posted January 19, 2010 Posted January 19, 2010 December 2007 is when they went too fucking far. Everything after that, meh.
xfreshpurex|Jordan Posted January 19, 2010 Posted January 19, 2010 Yeah p necks rig claws but now those are 17k each, just gettin more pricey with jagexs economy
Mester Posted January 19, 2010 Posted January 19, 2010 Jagex went too far when they created the pvp worlds, where people can take a single step out of a bank and rush you. In 2009 they made the pvp worlds even worse, with more pilejumpers and more 1-itemers in bounty-hunter worlds. Jagex has also created the hand cannon, a new cheap rushing ''tool'' which costs no more than 270K and therefore is frequently used in 0-item pvp worlds. The people that currently dare risking anything are either pilejumpers protecting at anytime, or the proper player-killers who are going to get pilejumped. On the other hand, the old wilderness would be awful with the new untradables. If the old wildy was brought back, void pures would pilejump people, die, go back and get their ''PestControl-Robes'' and repeat the process.

If the old wildy was brought back, void pures would pilejump people, die, go back and get their ''PestControl-Robes'' and repeat the process. thats what happened in old wild lol but it was still way better
Jef|Ohh Posted January 19, 2010 Posted January 19, 2010 Who plays runescape anymore...you're posting on a runescape clan forum.. idiot.
Its zeh noob Posted January 19, 2010 Posted January 19, 2010 Whiners. Don't eat when you can ko and when theres a small chance to die. Eat when you see some1 pulling a spec wep. BTW shark-chocboms/ttls. They sell in the grand tree. (if ur gonna whine that there are only 10 each, ur lazy.)
Berniej Posted January 19, 2010 Posted January 19, 2010 You know what's the point about safing ( directing it to the people who think safing is a thing that doesn't exist ), it actually reduces your chances of killing the other person. 1. If you keep your hp high the other will to 2. If you eat loads you will miss out on chances to ko 3. Low hp means people think they are able to kill you, which means they are willing to lower their hp to a level which they normally wouldn't. I always kept my hp low because it increased my chances of killing the other person. If you complain about safing, don't play rs lol.. I must say that it really ruins the game with those new weapons and foods. But that's the new rs.
