Control panel -> network and internet -> change adapter settings -> right click local area connections -> properties -> ipv4 -> properties -> use following dns settings:

 

preferred dns 8.8.8.8

alternate dns 8.8.4.4. 

 

Confirm it, may take a few attempts to work

 

 

 

or try flushing your dns:

 

go to 'run' and type 'cmd' type 'ipconfig /flushd s' and press enter then reboot pc

 

these should work otherwise its a virus
