@Hormoneand to anyone else here that wants to start lifting, no matter what anyone says you have to do the 4 compound lifts..

 

Don't believe me check the videos below:

I can keep going, anyone who knows anything about lifting knows that you start out with compound lifts, not only do you start out with them they should be in your routine no matter what your goal is.

compound lifts are recommended yes a beginner should train his whole body 3-4x a week

 

this can be done with compound lifts as it taxes the whole body

definitely agree, compound exercises raise your testosterone also shit makes you alpha
