It's some sort of dance that, believe it or not, people from Jamaica seem to practice at clubs and shit. Here's a video of adults doing it, if you're interested.

I tried looking up a proper definition for it, however there isn't any. What it basically is is, well, dryhumping eachother. There are a lot worse videos of it, and I agree when people say it's incredibly explicit, especially for children of such an age to be practicing it at a birthday party with parental supervision.
