Need help with OSB Pro

aight so i try to give them $2 or whatever for pro but it never works? so i messaged matthew (i think thats who it is) about it and he doesn't have a clue

 

my card doesn't have a problem anywhere else, i also tried other cards, didn't work

 

anyway I want to use OSB Pro just for one feature for like 5 minutes. what can i do?
