You're not ment to sell accounts on forums, there's no section to advertise it.

 

If you sell to someone, it's through your own deal with them :P

you are not allowed to advertise on forums or teamspeak that you are selling accounts, but you can buy/sell at your own risk (people often recover accounts)

account sharing isn't really against the rules anymore so you're not going to get banned for selling or buying an account but it's just way to dodgy for the buyer given how easy it is to recover as the others said...

With the new recovery system, people can recover account that they owned many years ago. You need some simple information that was put when the account was first created and you will always be able to recovery it. I would no suggest BUYING an account from anyone. Selling an account would be a the buyers risks and watch out for the refunds also.
