I could easily pick this piece apart to shreds, but for the sake of newness, I won't.

What I will recommend, however, is that you work on proper porportions and anatoomy of the human body if you're willing to progress into an art style such as that.

Don't go straight in to complete the piece, read tutorials on faces, practice them, then hair practice that, until you have perfect lineart, then start colouring it. If you think 'finally' after 2 hours I'd hate feel what you feel after weeks of practicing.

If you want to get top-notch practice search for an art pose generator, draw two a day. You'll be Picaso in a month.
