Background: solid Black with white glow

Text: setup like this  12

Text Color: White

and a little blue symbol and underline that looks like this

except where the black lines are, if those could be white

EDIT: also if you could make me a 300x200 for my logo,

same background and text color, same blue underline and blue nike symbol sort of, but the Text be the same except instead of Ga if it could be Gauge thanks alot.
