What the heck am I doing wrong?

Hmm so I've been trying to join the ts server for a good 30 minutes now with no result. Also clicked the quick-link ts option shown on these websites, but that didn't work either. I then tried joining the ts servers of other clans for test purposes and I was able to join those. Anyone able to help me with this one?
