good to see you're still about man! we paid ~£150 for 3 weeks as we had return flights booked so couldn't fuck about trying to sell a bike down the other end, you could probably buy one for that price or less though! wheel would probably fall off though, in fact my mates did through the jungle hahaha

4 of us travelled out, met lots of people on the way and did a few journeys with an extra 1 or 2 people, plenty go by themselves and meet people!
