Mester Posted February 1, 2010 Posted February 1, 2010 Quote from MOD Nancy - Runescape Content Developer ''Based on player feedback to last November’s Runecrafting update, we’ve extended the ability of double-crafting runes to include law, death and blood runes. As the Runecrafting level to guarantee double-crafting of these runes would lie much higher than level 99 (following the pattern established in the rest of the skill), you will only have a chance of doing so, with that chance increasing the closer your Runecrafting level gets to 99.'' Personally i think that the update is pretty good, it will possibly make law death and blood runes crash, which results in cheaper spells for people using magic in combat or teleporting a lot, and it will still net high-level runecrafters more profit than before. What do you think is going to happen? Discuss :).
`Luke Posted February 1, 2010 Posted February 1, 2010 good for high lvl rcers they can make more profit from rcing, over all i think its a descent update
Zany Posted February 1, 2010 Posted February 1, 2010 hopefully there will be more runecrafters so we can buy cheaper runes for barraging.
Age Old Pure Posted February 1, 2010 Posted February 1, 2010 haha yeah cheaper barraging would be awesome :D
[-`Luke-] Posted February 1, 2010 Posted February 1, 2010 Time to buy auto runecrafter pro you reckon?
Maining Posted February 1, 2010 Posted February 1, 2010 this wil be great for pures cause obv the price of these type of runes wil lower for a great way to buy alot cause after the drop of prices they wil go up again. only 1 bad thing is that nats wil prob go higer in price cause ppl wil rc other type of runes
lntoxicating Posted February 1, 2010 Posted February 1, 2010 The profit isn't all it's cracked up to be. I tried bloods, deaths and laws on my main. I made only 1k more per trip with deaths than I do with natures (deaths are 385 mid right now) and I'm 99 rc. The other aspects of this are true; It may make the prices drop slightly but don't count on them dropping too much. There isn't enough 99 rcers to really put a dent in to the economy.
xfreshpurex|Jordan Posted February 2, 2010 Posted February 2, 2010 I hope this happens, cheaper runes are winnnnnn
