yes get 52 i got 52 at a low cb and wished i could take it back, nowdays when im fighting zerkers etc it helps soooooo much and would never ever take it back

add: ur pole is kinda confusing (change it to 52 and 45 instead of yes and no)

helpful in F2P also cause your prayer lasts longer than your opponents so after a while you'll have the edge over him

add: also youll recieve 1 more p point per prayer potion so youll save money in the long term (even tho dbones are so fucking expensive nowdays) but w/e u can probly just like bury ourge bones from bandos or w/e for 52prayer wont take that long
