Yeah you right brother, but when will the leaders of your country come together and fix this? Why are guns so easy to buy lol.

The idea doesn't translate well to modern society when guns are mass produced and anyone 18+ without any misdemeanor+ convictions can walk into a wal-mart and walk out with a shotgun. The issue is not guns, the issue is mental health. A gun did not kill 17 students, a mentally ill person did. People with depression or other sicknesses aren't getting help because they don't want to feel shamed, they can't afford it due to no health insurance, or they don't realize how bad it is until they snap. In the society we live in today, the internet plays a HUGE part in these shootings (my opinion btw) because kids see shit and they do, without thinking. Would you agree?

Forewarned Posted February 15, 2018 Posted February 15, 2018 Americans also claim that their right to bare arms is to protect themselves yet we also make up nearly 50% of the global suicide rates involving a gun.
Trees Posted February 15, 2018 Posted February 15, 2018 (edited) . Edited February 15, 2018 by Trees nvm this is a retarded discussion lol

Thanos Posted February 15, 2018 Posted February 15, 2018 A very sad tragedy. While the topic of mental health issues/gun problems might be interesting to discuss, due to the recency of events I think it's better if we leave this be for a while and just respect those who lost a loved one today. We can potentially reopen it somewhere in the future.
