ino this isnt the best xp but doing the penguin hunt can help alot on my mian i do the penguin hunt and trade in for the skill im leveling up at that time so in your case range. Maybe try getting 100 sw points leave them max the penguin points get 90 range and spend them all that = more xp from both good luck on 99 range its a hard achievment but you can do it :)
