I did mm and dont have 65 slayer. Some things I have found are rock lobs, bandits, and shilo village skellies. What is my best exp/hr?

Bursting without mm tunnels isn't worth it honestly, would do fire waving in nmz as middle ground or stun+alch for mage exp efficiency

firewave/surge nmz is what i did all the way to 99 (with about ~4-5m xp from bursting mm tunnels) and honestly it's really nice. You're wearing full pray gear so its hella afk and you dont even overload so you really only need to click ppots every like 3-4 mins. 

 

if you really want to burst, shilo is best as the people above showed. It's not terrible, but tbh i'd just stick to nmz. Idk what rates fire surge gives you but i was pulling ~95khr with firewave and i'd imagine it's cheaper than bursting too... combine that with the fact you'd be using surge, and shilo bursting would only be maybe 2/3rds the xp of mm tunnels which i was getting around ~230k (iirc) at, i would definitely be surging that shit  boi
