On my laptop I lag with every client except Runeloader, might be worth giving that one a try ;p

@Heismberg Try downloading an earlier version of Java if you have that issue. That's what fixed it for me. You'll need an Oracle account, though. Here's a link to the Java archive: http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/java-archive-javase8-2177648.html

 

I found that Java SE Runtime Environment 8u91 worked best for me.
